What you'll learn
- Switching between Inventory, Registered, and Others tabs
- Searching by model or serial number
- Opening a vehicle to see its details
Before you start
- Open Vehicle in the main menu to reach the Vehicles page (the menu label is Vehicle; the page itself is titled Vehicles).
Steps
- In the main menu, select Vehicle to open the Vehicles page.
- Choose a tab depending on which serials you need: Inventory (default) for serials in your dealership's inventory, Registered for serials you have registered to a customer, and Others for serials that are not in your inventory.
- On the Inventory tab, serials are grouped by model, and each model shows how many are available for registration. Type in the Search by Serial box to find a serial, and use Filter and Sort to narrow the list.
- Expand a model to list its serials. Each serial shows its number and whether it is Registered, Not registered, or Cannot be registered.
- On the Registered tab, type in the Search by model or serial box; each card shows the item, serial, registration status, and customer.
- On the Others tab, type a serial number in the Enter serial number box under Search a serial number to look up a serial that is not in your inventory. Serials you have looked up appear below under Previously searched Item Serials.
- Click View details on any serial to open the vehicle.
Good to know
- A serial marked Cannot be registered shows a warning ("This item cannot be registered for now") and cannot be registered.
- Selecting a serial from the Others search starts tracking it and opens its detail page directly.
- The Advanced menu on the Inventory tab offers Export all to export the current list.
