Complete Checkout

Walk through checkout: shipping options, purchase order, applied promotions, and the order summary.

What you'll learn

• Selecting a shipping address and method (standard or rush)
• Entering a purchase order number
• Reviewing alerts, promotions, taxes, and the order total

Before you start

• Build your cart, then click Proceed to checkout. This opens the Checkout screen.

Steps

1. Under Shipping, click a shipping address card to choose where the order ships.
2. Choose a shipping method, for example Standard or Rush. The available options and any added fee come from your dealership's setup.
3. Under Purchase order, enter your PO number. It is required unless the step is labelled (Optional).
4. (Optional) Add notes under Comments (Optional).
5. Review Order Summary: Payment Terms, Sold to, Sub Total, Shipping, Promotions, Taxes, and Total. The Total also shows in the footer.
6. Check the Alerts panel for item issues. Use View items in cart to go back and fix them. "All items are in stock and ready to go!" means there are no issues.
7. Check Applied promotions, and use View all promotions / View applied promotions to switch between the full list and what's applied to your order.
8. Click Complete order to place the order, or Back to cart to keep editing.

Good to know

• The summary only calculates once you have selected both a shipping address and a shipping method. Until then it reads "The summary is not yet calculated".
• Complete order stays disabled until the summary is calculated and there is no calculation error.
• If a purchase order is required and left blank, you'll see "You must provide a purchase order number".
• After you complete the order, a confirmation screen shows a confirmation code you can open and print (see Print your checkout confirmation).
