Switch Between Dealers

If your account is linked to more than one dealership, learn how to switch between them.

What you'll learn​

  • Opening the retailer picker
  • Selecting the dealership you want to work in
  • Confirming which dealership is currently active

Before you start​

  • Your account must be linked to more than one dealership. If it is linked to only one, the Switch retailer option does not appear.

Steps​

  1. Click your account tile in the top-right corner - it shows Connected as and the dealership you are currently in.
  2. Click Switch retailer.
  3. In the Retailer picker dialog, review the list of dealerships, each shown as its code and name. The one you are in now is marked with a check icon labelled Current.
  4. Click the dealership you want to switch to - it becomes highlighted as your selection.
  5. Click Switch retailer to confirm, or Cancel to close without changing. The confirm button stays disabled until you pick a dealership different from the current one.
  6. WizSellr reloads with the selected dealership active. Confirm the new name under Connected as on your account tile.

Good to know​

  • Switch retailer appears in the account menu only when your account is linked to more than one dealership.
  • You cannot confirm a switch to the dealership you are already in - the confirm button is enabled only after you choose a different one.
