Checkout Configuration

Set dealership-wide checkout rules, like whether a purchase order is required.

Before you start​

  • Changing checkout settings requires an admin role (Retailer Admin).
  • Open your account menu (your avatar) and select Administration, then the Configuration tab.

Steps​

  1. Select the Configuration tab.
  2. Under Checkout configuration, check or uncheck Require purchase order on checkout.
  3. Click Save to apply your change, or Cancel changes to discard it.

Good to know​

  • Save and Cancel changes stay disabled until you change the setting, so the buttons only become active once there is something to save.
  • When Require purchase order on checkout is on, a purchase order is required to complete checkout for your dealership.
  • A confirmation ("The settings have been saved successfully.") appears once the change is saved.
